Federal Judge says No

Federal Judge, James G. Carr denied the third-party candidates' request for a recount of Ohio Ballots even before the SOS had completed the official count. Carr explained that while the candidates have a right under Ohio law to a recount, it can wait. He also wrote that he saw no reason to interfere with the final stages of Ohio's electoral process.
